The room was spacious and comfortable, located in an external former coach house block. The setting and grounds impressed with their beauty, providing a nice backdrop for relaxation.
The dining experience fell short, with the food being overpriced and lacking quality. highlights included overcooked lamb and rubbery gravad lax. Breakfast was merely table service, leading to awkward moments, and the overall atmosphere felt more stuffy than luxurious.

The Chateau in Courcelles-sur-Vesle offers an incredible experience. The staff stood out as exceptionally professional and attentive throughout our stay. Our room felt spacious with a beautiful view overlooking the village, featuring modern fixtures like a powerful rain shower and a comfy king-sized bed. I appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine and the charming welcome cake. The dining experience was a highlight. fine dining at its best in a stunning setting. Each dish, including the Michelin-exceptional Bresse chicken, was delicious. the breakfast felt inconsistent, especially considering its steep price of 25 euros. service during dinner took longer than expected, and the wine prices seemed rather steep compared to the market. Despite these minor inconveniences, the beautiful grounds and the Chateau's charm made for a memorable stay.

Nice vibe but could be better
So, this place has a pretty garden and we enjoyed hanging out at the bar area. The staff were really nice too, super helpful! But, man, the dinner took ages to serve and the kids were getting restless. the pillows were kinda flat and not the best for a good night's sleep.
